Zabilloni Vetroproduzione
approved Megatronics board
proposal to acquire 14 percent of its shares of
ZA Packaging.
By this acquisition Megatronics will hold
the majority of
ZA Packaging shares.
"This is a merely shares ownership swap. the
board and all strategies of ZA Packaging
will remain intact, and will continue to focus on its new
emerging markets and continue in the same way it implements its
business there." Mike Robinson, head of strategy and
planning of Megatronics Group.

The ZA Packaging Business unit took
the decision today to disengage from the fellowship
of its operations in Tunisia and north Africa with
Allied EuroTC the flexible
packaging member of the group. therefore
ZA Packaging will be more close to
its customers in that region, and will respond to
their needs faster and more effectively.
And will achieve its motto: Always.. [On Time!].
